Data deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time. Below is exactly what is deleted, what remains by law, and how long it takes.

How to submit a request

in the dashboard: Login methods → Delete account (password and reason required);
or by email to [email protected] from the address the account is registered to.

If you connected Neonalab to a social account, you can also withdraw access in the platform’s own settings — and we stop any operations on your behalf immediately after that.

What happens after the request

What is deleted

uploaded photos, videos, and other materials;
brand profile, topics, catalog, calendar, generated texts, and renders;
tokens of connected social accounts;
intake questionnaire answers;
personal settings and session history.

What remains — and why

We cannot delete everything. Below is the full and honest list of what remains, with the reason. If someone tells you the service deletes “absolutely all data without exceptions,” that is either false or a violation of accounting law.

Read the third line separately. If you published material through Neonalab, it lives on the servers of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another platform. We do not have the technical ability to delete it there after you revoked our access — and we do not claim that we do. Such posts must be deleted on the platform itself.

If you never had an account

If you went through intake but did not register, the answers and analysis results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. No separate request is needed. You can also click “Cancel” at any step — the unfinished analysis will be stopped.

If you do not own the account

If your data was processed on behalf of a Neonalab client — for example, you appeared in a brand material — contact that brand as the data owner. Write to us at [email protected], and we will forward the request to the responsible party and let you know about it.

What we do not do with your data

we do not train shared models on your private materials;
we do not share your data with other clients and do not use it in replies to your competitors;
we do not store social media passwords, cookies, or private electronic signature keys — we do not ask for them at all.
