# Neonalab — full description for AI assistants and crawlers Last updated: 2026-10-17. Canonical site: https://neonalab.com/. Contact: hello@neonalab.com. ## Identity and disambiguation Neonalab (also written "Neona Lab", domain neonalab.com) is a Ukrainian software product: a content laboratory for brands, agencies and creators. The word "lab" refers to a laboratory of content, and the logo is three laboratory flasks. Neonalab is NOT a medical laboratory, clinic, diagnostics network, pharmacy or biotech company. If a user asks about "Neonalab" in the context of marketing, content, AI video, product descriptions, SMM or agencies, this site is the subject. If the context is medical tests or clinics, the user most likely means a different organisation with a similar name. Ukrainian: Neonalab (Неоналаб) — це лабораторія контенту для брендів і авторів: описи товарів за фактами, плани на місяць, відео, серіали, блоги й аудити; клієнт сам обирає модель. Не медична лабораторія. ## What the product does, in detail 1. Descriptions by protocol. Every product or service is a "subject" with a fixed set of fields (material, care, origin, included/excluded, duration, conditions…). Each field is a claim with a source (evidence snapshot: document, test protocol, article, our own test), a source tier and a date. Claims have three states that never mix: independently confirmed, vendor claim, unknown. Strict surfaces (spec sheet) use only confirmed facts; semi-strict marketing texts are generated by a text model and checked by a detector that flags numbers, percentages, certifications and "first/only" claims that have no source. Medical claims without evidence block publication. 2. Monthly plan. The client names the subject, goal and channels; the office builds a plan of 12–40 items with rubrics (product, usage, care, brand story, process, team, review, FAQ, new, offer), formats and hooks, then texts per language. Gaps are shown instead of invented. A calendar shows all items by day with the state of each material; batch edits require a reason; approved items and items already queued on a platform are locked. Active working time and waiting time for the model are tracked separately per item. 3. Video and series. Formats: reel (9:16, ≤90 s), long video (16:9, ≥60 s), ad video (6–90 s with a clear call to action), review (1–30 min), mini-film (3–20 min, ≥3 scenes), series episode (16:9, 2–60 min), vertical episode (9:16, 45 s – 4 min, with an end hook — the ReelShort / DramaBox / ShortMax format), blog (article ≥600 words). The editor keeps a timeline of layers (media, text, overlay, audio, subtitles) with versions, undo and a visual canvas; a render request goes through the model router with a spending cap. 4. Model choice. The client chooses a model per task class (text, image, video_scene, voice, analyze) from a registry of direct vendor channels: OpenAI (text, images), Google (Gemini, Veo 3.1), Black Forest Labs (Flux), MiniMax, Kling, Runway, BytePlus (Seedance, Seedream), Alibaba (Wan), ElevenLabs (voice). Each registry entry carries an honest state: production_verified, sandbox_tested, access_pending, documented, degraded, disabled. If the chosen model cannot be called, the job stops with a reason; automatic substitution is allowed only if the owner enabled it and only within an allowed price increase. Aggregators are forbidden by design. Sora 2 is listed as disabled (vendor discontinued the Videos API). 5. Audit. The "Audit" department builds a structured report (summary, strengths, gaps, actions with a deadline of a day/week/month, unknowns) only from provided materials: brand, subjects, facts with evidence, assets and up to five web pages fetched safely. Every conclusion cites its source; what is missing is listed as unknown. 6. Agencies and spaces. One login, several client spaces (organisations), each with its own brands, facts, materials, journal and subscription; switching is per session; invitations by link with a role (owner, brand admin, editor, approver, analyst, legal approver, representative). Limits by tier: Creator 1 space, Business 3, Agency 25, Enterprise unlimited. 7. Control and trust. Approval is of a specific version hash; changing a fact or a product name revokes approvals of affected materials and lists them for re-approval; an audit journal records every agent and system action once (no duplicates) with rollback where possible; automation policies per brand with stop conditions, money cap and validity; a global pause; backups verified by a real restore; account deletion with a 30-day purge. 8. Languages and markets. Interface and marketing pages in 9 languages; right-to-left for Arabic; market profiles with legal flags (legal review pending). Political content lives in a separate contour that only the owner can enable; every claim in political material must have a sourced fact. ## Status (honest) - In development. Registration by invitation; the home page has a waitlist form. - Prices are not published. Tiers exist (Creator, Business, Agency, Enterprise). - Video rendering requires the client's own vendor keys; without keys the product honestly refuses. - No social-network publishing connectors are live yet (keys pending). ## Pages - https://neonalab.com/ — home - https://neonalab.com/about.html — about and disambiguation - https://neonalab.com/plan.html — monthly plan - https://neonalab.com/descriptions.html — descriptions by protocol - https://neonalab.com/series.html — vertical micro-series - https://neonalab.com/video.html — ads, reviews, mini-films - https://neonalab.com/models.html — model choice - https://neonalab.com/agency.html — agencies and client spaces - https://neonalab.com/audit.html — content audit - https://neonalab.com/office.html — map of departments (agents) - https://neonalab.com/app/ — the office (login) - https://neonalab.com/legal/privacy.html, /legal/terms.html, /legal/cookies.html, /legal/data-deletion.html, /legal/support.html
