General questions — up to 2 business days. Data requests — up to 30 days. Vulnerability reports — acknowledgment within 1 business day.
Write to [email protected] and specify the specific statement you disagree with, and the reason.
We distinguish between a factual error, outdated data, a dispute about the method, a rights violation, and disagreement with the conclusion — these are different cases with different consequences.
The review is handled by a responsible person not involved in sales. If a claim turns out to be false, we will correct it and find all materials where it was used. If the dispute is about methodology, we will publish both sides' positions.
We do not delete material automatically for any complaint and we also do not automatically refuse everyone. Both policies would be equally bad.
If you found a security issue — email [email protected] before public disclosure. We do not prosecute good-faith research and will notify you about the fix.
The legal entity details, the country of data processing, and the legal basis will be added to this document before commercial use begins. We are not listing them now because we will not make them up.
