Neonalab is a content lab: we check claims, sources, and materials using fixed protocols that are the same for everyone, and turn them into content, descriptions, and documentation.
We do not conduct physical, laboratory, or medical testing of products, and we do not replace an accredited laboratory. The word “laboratory” in our name refers to the method of working with content, not measurement with instruments.

Subscription and generation costs are separate lines, and they are shown separately. Before work starts, you can see the estimate and the upper spending limit. A technically successful but not accepted by you generation may still be a provider cost — this is visible in the log. Refund rules will be published before sales start.
We are responsible for how the service works within the limits set by law. We do not guarantee commercial results, audience growth, platform approval, trademark registration, or first place in search — and we do not promise any of this anywhere.
You can leave at any time with a full export of your data. The procedure is on a separate page.
The legal entity details, the country of data processing, and the legal basis will be added to this document before commercial use begins. We are not listing them now because we will not make them up.
