Virtual office
When you enter, you do not land in a form with fields, but in an organization: five wings and coordination. Roles are carried out by agents, and they do not pretend to be people: no names, no photos, no “Ivan is typing.”
Each department shows the real state — working, partly working, or not connected yet. The office is very good at hiding state, so here it does not hide.
The only entry point into the company. It gathers who we work for and what we want to achieve — through room-to-room conversations, not a thirty-field form.
Key. Audience is recorded as a hypothesis, not a fact: the person describes who they imagine as the buyer, and those are different things.
Lays out the month: which rubrics, which products, in what order. Sits exactly between the brief and the creative — as in a real agency.
Key. The plan is assembled by a model, but the strict surfaces after it are assembled without a model at all.
Market and competitors. Every observation is saved with URL, date, method, and expiration date.
Key. Last year’s market data is not data anymore. So expiration date is a required field, not a note.
Collects your edits and turns them into brand rules.
Key. I fixed the wording twice — it will not show up a third time. That is the whole value of the department.
Our niche. All description surfaces — card, specification, ad, instruction — come from the same factual base, so a contradiction between the specification and the ad text is technically impossible.
Key. The specification is assembled by a deterministic builder, not a model. A vendor claim never gets into the specification — only what is confirmed.
It is our niche. Descriptions from one fact base for every surface — that is what others do not have.
Idea, the first seconds for retention, script, storyboard.
Key. Retention is decided in the first seconds, so it is a separate subdepartment, not part of the script.
Texts for the channel and language. It works in semi-strict mode: the model writes, the detector marks places with an unverified claim.
Key. The detector knows Ukrainian morphology. “Reduces headache” is caught as a medical claim in any word form.
Covers and voiceover work. Video does not.
Key. Covers are built in layers, text is overlaid programmatically. So eight languages mean eight overlays on one image, not sixty-four generations.
Technical checks, product zones in the frame, brand rules, rights.
Key. Right now only the claim detector is live — the rest of the checks are described, but not implemented.
Changes on the client site — always with previous view, diff, and rollback.
Key. Without a rollback, we do not apply the change. It is a condition, not an option.
Comments, private messages, leads.
Key. The department prepares drafts. A person publishes them — always.
Metric snapshots and experiments.
Key. An unavailable metric is shown as unavailable, not as zero. Zero reads as a result — that is the most common silent lie in reports.
Plans placements — without the right to spend.
Key. Plan and spend are intentionally separate: the one who plans does not have access to money.
The only department that touches money.
Key. It works only within a separate written permission for the amount. Without permission it does nothing — not “carefully,” but nothing.
Budget reallocation between placements.
Key. Only within the allowed limits, never beyond them. Every decision leaves a record of why it was done that way.
Keeps the dependency graph legal.
Key. The music license expired — you can see all publications that depend on it, and what to do with each one. Without the graph, people find this through complaints.
Prepares documents and calculates fees.
Key. Only preparation. It does not submit or sign anything — that is done by a person with authority.
The same department that in an agency is called traffic: schedule, dependencies, queues, quotas. It answers the question “why has this still not gone out.”
Key. Every skipped step records the reason. “Quiet nothing” is the worst state: if the material was not created, it must say exactly why.
All eighteen at once is not an office but an aircraft control panel. Rooms open as needed.
